“Maltby foodbank was there when we really needed it, it was an absolute lifeline.”

Maltby Foodbank is run by volunteers through Full Life Church based in Maltby.
The foodbank has been open for about 8 years, and during this time has been able to offer food parcels due to the support of local people and TESCO branches who have donated food and money to enable us to continue to operate. Local school contribute throughout the year and especially through Harvest Festivals.

We don’t think anyone in our community should have to face going hungry. That’s why we provide three days’ nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us in crisis. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
